At AMUSE, we want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on products in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or swatched cosmetics cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact, and include the provided packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request approval.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
